The service offers flexible emotional and practical support, with an aim to make a positive difference in the life of every individual we support; providing support that helps people to gain confidence, self-esteem and independence. Our service provides 24/7 support and accommodation to our clients, with a vision to encourage, equip and empower them to live positively and independently in the community.

Emergency And Step-down Service
Short term supported accommodation to homeless people who are leaving acute inpatients wards or people who have accommodation, however waiting for other social care needs to be fulfilled.
Supported living for Adults
Our adults service works to provide a calming and therapeutic environment offering support and accommodation for adults living with mental health, learning difficulties or physical health.
16+ Supported Living
Rapid Care Services provides a supported living service for young people aged 16 – 25 years old who are ‘looked after’ or leaving care, supporting them in their transition to adulthood.
